Privacy Policy

Last updated October 11, 2026. This policy covers automotivesolutionslilburn.com, run by Automotive Solutions, LLC, 4674 Stone Mountain Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, your vehicle’s year, make and model, and what you need done. Email, preferred day, preferred language, the vehicle’s location for a tow, and a message are optional.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and the site does not create an account for you.

Why we collect it

To call or text you back about the service you asked for, to schedule the work, and to arrange a tow if you requested one. That is the whole list.

Who sees it

The staff at Automotive Solutions who handle appointments. Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes them on our behalf. The maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps; Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your request and keep a record of the work we did on your vehicle. If you want something deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your vehicle. Reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again.

Your choices

You never have to use the forms. Calling 770-559-9302 works just as well and we collect nothing online when you do. To see, correct or delete what we have on file for you, call us or email info@automotivesolutionslilburn.com.
